• Includes a walk-up attic to provide accessible storage necessary for a full-time residence

Visitors report disbelief at the meager square footage and modest cost; they assume it's much larger on both counts. ​

In my mind the main reason to work with an Architect, even on small projects, is to have the design add value, making the whole greater than the sum of the parts. We’d like to think the design for our small house exemplifies that added value.
